- Maintenance – Some types of commercial carpets are easier to maintain than others. For example, carpets made from better quality material are maintained more easily. Also, denser carpets (more tufts per square inch) easier repel dirt, particles and liquid. However, no matter what type of carpet you go with, the best solution in the long run is to have it cleaned professionally.
